FOODS & WINE Spring 2008 Recipes and Remedies for Winter Health (KTD) Wines of California (Osher Marin Jewish Comm. Cntr) The Enjoyment of Wine The goal of this course is to enhance your enjoyment of wine and to breakdown the mysteries that surround it. Class is designed for those new to wine and also for those with some knowledge that would like to build on that base. We will explore wine tasting basics, viticulture, making wine, food and wine pairings and more. Please bring four wine glasses to taste wine each week. All students must be at least 21 years old.
